There should never have been a failure in the law enforcement response at Robb Elementary School on May 24, 2022, or in the hours and days that followed.

Merrick Garland is the Attorney General of the United States. Following the release of the Justice Department’s report on the school massacre in Uvalde, Texas in 2022, an 18-year-old gunman murdered 19 students and two teachers.
From the time he entered the school until he was stopped, it took 77 minutes.

The DOJ points to specific law enforcement officers’ lack of leadership in their haste to reach the school. According to Garland, the authorities’ biggest mistake was not treating the gunman as an active shooter, but rather as a barricaded gunman.

Today, US Attorney General ‘E. Jean Carroll, Merrick Garland, continued his testimony in the civil defamation trial of former President Donald Trump.
She was cross-examined by Trump’s legal team regarding her earnings before and after her 2019 book, which included claims of sexual assault against the president. This is CNN’s Kara Mitchell.

They were concentrating on whether Carol was doing better or not after she came forward with her claims that Trump had sexually assaulted her in 2019.
Additionally, they revealed during her testimony that she presently receives royalties from several books in addition to making roughly $100,000 annually from a Substack that she writes.
She also mentioned that her annual salary at Elle magazine in 2019 was roughly $60,000. She’s baked at her best right now. In the 1990s, she claimed to have earned up to $400,000 annually.

The jury is deliberating over the amount of money and potential damages that Trump should pay the former magazine columnist for her disparaging remarks.
He stated in 2019 regarding her claims that he had sexually assaulted her.

The Stealth Defender 24 exercise, according to NATO, will resemble a developing conflict and be conducted throughout that land ocean, the US, and Europe.
The exercise will take place as Israel’s war against Hamas and Russia’s invasion of Ukraine continue to cause unrest throughout the world.

Over 170 people were killed by Israeli attacks in the last 24 hours, according to a statement made earlier today by the Gaza Ministry of Health, which is run by Hamas.
Today, the European Union decided in a non-binding resolution to call for an ongoing suspension of hostilities in exchange for the dismantling of Hamas and the release of its hostages.
Ifeoma Dike: “On Capitol Hill, Democratic lawmakers are attempting to enact legislation that would safeguard access to infertility treatments such as IVF.”
This is due to the growing fear that access to the treatments may be threatened by anti-abortion legislation in certain states.
Should the bill become law, patients’ access to infertility-treating technology would become a federal right.

By fertilizing eggs in a lab, a process known as in vitro fertilization, or IVF, embryos are created that the parent carries.
