Ruby Franke, a YouTube mom, will enter a guilty plea in a child abuse case, according to her lawyer.
Franke claims that her therapist has been manipulating her.
Ruby Franke and her lawyer have spoken out about her criminal charges for the first time since her arrest.
The well-known YouTuber, who faces multiple charges of aggravated child abuse, announced on Saturday through her legal representative LaMar Ward that she would enter a guilty plea to the charges on Monday in the Washington County 5th District Court in Utah.

Jodi Hildebrandt, a mental health counselor and Franke’s business partner, is charged with six counts of aggravated child abuse.
After Franke’s 12-year-old son, who was staying at Hildebrandt’s house, climbed out of a window, both women were taken into custody on August 30 ran to tell a neighbor that he had been mistreated at their house.
Hildebrandt has not yet pled guilty to the allegations.
The youngster “looked to be emaciated and malnourished, with open wounds and duct tape around the extremities,” according to a statement from the Santa Clara-Ivins police department in Utah.
Police claimed to have discovered Franke’s 10-year-old daughter in the same state when they searched the house. According to police, all four of Franke’s minor children were placed in state care.
According to search warrants that ABC News was able to obtain, Hildebrandt treated the kids’ wounds with honey and cayenne pepper.
From the time of their arrest, both women have stayed in custody.

“At first, Ms. Franke thought Jodi Hildebrandt had the wisdom to provide a route toward ongoing development. This quest was exploited by Ms. Hildebrandt, who turned it into something horrible.
Ms. Hildebrandt deliberately kept Ruby Franke apart from her husband, Kevin Franke, and her older children for a considerable amount of time.

In the wake of her imprisonment, Ruby Franke, according to her lawyers, has been “actively engaged in an introspection that has allowed her to reset her moral compass and understand the full weight of her actions.”
“Committed to taking responsibility for the part she played” in the circumstances leading up to her arrest, she her attorneys stated that she is already in contact with family members “to mend relationships and contribute positively to her family’s healing journey.”
Connexons, an organization that seeks to “encourage healing and facilitate personal growth through impeccable honesty, rigorous personal responsibility, and vulnerable humility,” is run by Franke and Hildebrandt as business partners.

As the founder, Hildebrandt is identified, and Franke is described as “a certified mental fitness trainer.
” In addition, Franke ran the now-defunct YouTube channel “8 Passengers,” which provided parenting guidance.
Requests for comment from ABC News were not immediately answered by the attorneys for Hildebrandt and Kevin Franke.
Last month, Kevin Franke submitted a divorce petition. A lawyer spoke with “Good Morning America” in September because the husband claimed he was unaware of the alleged abuse because he and his wife had been apart for more than a year.
